Download and install Google Wallet on your Verizon Galaxy Nexus; No root required! |
| Posted by Shawn Scoot - Dec 18, 2011 - 5:00pm |
|
We all know by now that Verizon asked Google not to include Google Wallet in their Galaxy Nexus, well that didn't sit well with a lot of people. Thanks to XDA, the apk is now available that works, with no zip file to flash, no root or scripts needed. The only thing is, if you have flashed a previous mod of Google Wallet, you will need to revert back to your backup without Google Wallet or it wont work, download the apk (below), and install it as you would any other apk.
Review the terms below for download.
Thanks David.

Android Market updated to v3.4.4; Download here |
| Posted by Shawn Scoot - Dec 14, 2011 - 9:46am |

Google is pushing out another update for the Android Market, bringing it to version 3.4.4, which seems mostly a performance upgrade because it does feel a lot faster.
They have also change the wording of "Auto-add shortcuts" in the settings to "Auto-add-widgets." Also, they have now moved the trailer video up with the photo preview carousel, which actually makes sense, and saves you from scrolling all the way down to watch the video.
Not everyone has gotten the update, so review the terms below to download and install it manually.
Thanks Steve.
